Armenia has never had a cool relationship with Russia, nothing has changed.
elchi reports that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at a briefing.
Pashinyan noted that even if there are any inconsistencies in the diplomatic sphere or on the joint agenda, Armenia has not changed its relations.
“As for the AES, the issue is that Armenia is looking for the best option, and there is no political coloring involved. The same applies to the railway – Armenia is engaged in finding the best solution to the current issue. If Russian colleagues can offer their choices, Armenia is ready to consider it,” Pashinyan emphasized.
